A bottle of Pinot Grigio, ginger ale, orange juice and fresh blueberries are all you need to make our DIY Wine Coolers. They're the perfect way to toast the day.

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) Pinot Grigio
  • 2 cups chilled ginger ale
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries

    In pitcher, mix all ingredients. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.

  • You can serve this cooler in tall glasses over ice instead of in wine flutes.
  • Pinot Grigio, also known as Pinot Gris, is a light, crisp, dry white wine that works perfectly for a wine cooler.
  • Having a party? Double or triple the recipe and mix in a large pitcher or container.
  • Swap out blueberries for raspberries, if desired.
