  • 1 In 2-quart saucepan, heat sauce ingredients to boiling over medium heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.
  • 2 In medium microwavable bowl, place chicken; cover. Microwave on High 4 to 5 minutes or until hot. Add shredded chicken to sauce in saucepan, stir to coat.
  • 3 Place about 1/3 cup chicken mixture on bottom of each slider bun; top with bun top. Garnish each sandwich with green olive.

This was great and I will make again for sure! I also used a smoke honey sauce and it seemed just the right amount of kick.I used Kings Hawaiian rolls for the bread. Will definitely try with pork sometime.Works great with Fosters and JD.

Very good. I cooked chicken breasts in the crock pot with just beer. After 8 hours, the breast fell apart with a fork. I made a double batch of the sauce and it still was almost not enough. We like our bbq saucy. Next time I make this I think I will either put in more hot sauce or maybe some ketchup. It could have used just a bit more zing. But, I will make again.

These sliders are awesome. I doubled the sauce to have some extra for other dishes.
