1: cup Caesar dressing

2: bunches romaine, torn into bite-size pieces (20 cups)

2: cups Caesar or garlic-flavored croutons

2/3: cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

: Freshly ground pepper

Save $$$ on your favorite brands

1 Pour dressing into large salad bowl. Add romaine; toss until coated with dressing.
2 Sprinkle with croutons, cheese and pepper; toss.

This is the way I've alway's made it. The best caesar dressing is Newman's Own Creamy Caesar & I use caesar crouton's & fresh grated parmesan cheese(Stella-it's sold as a triangle green wrapper, Romano Cheese is the red wrapper)it's sold where the shredded cheese's are and cream cheese is sold. It's alot cheaper than the specialty cheeses. Sometime's market's will sell Sargento triangle's their good too.
