cup small curd creamed cottage cheese

cup shredded mozzarella cheese (2 ounces)
1/2
cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 ounces)

cup chopped green bell pepper, if desired

cup Original Bisquick® mix

cup milk
2
eggs
1/2
cup French-fried onions
  • 1 Heat oven to 400ºF. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Stir together cheeses and bell pepper; spread in pie plate.
  • 2 Stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate; sprinkle with onions.
  • 3 Bake about 35 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.

This was great! I added bacon and it was very breakfast-y but still superb for dinner. I first made it for a dinner party of 10 people and everyone loved it :)

I made this a few times already!my picky kids and hubby loved this!!!I changed it instead of the peppers I used bacon YUMMY!!!!!I also tried it with ham that was good also!It's funny I like this recipe so much because I don't like cottage cheese?!

I made it twice. The first time I followed the insttuctions to the letter and it came out horrable. The second time I mixed all ingredients together and it till was flat. I think that my bisquick was old or something or maybe instead of 1/2 cup it needs to read one cup of bisquick. I give it one spoon.
