Gluten-Free Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie

Heat oven to 400°F. Spray a 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.

In a 10-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in salt and pepper. 

Spread beef mixture in the pie plate; sprinkle with cheese. In a medium bowl, whisk Bisquick, milk, and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
