2: cups Original Bisquick® mix

1: cup beer

2: tablespoons sugar

1: cup Cheddar cheese

Save $$$ on your favorite brands

1 Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 12 medium muffin cups with cooking spray.
2 In large bowl, combine Bisquick mix, beer, sugar and cheese. Spoon mixture into muffin cups. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Serve warm.

Just made a batch of the rolls. Wowee. Just warm from oven they are great, chewy and tasty. Used mild cheddar and ran out of Bisquick, so used 1 1/2 cups of Bisquick and 1/2 cup of regular flour. Worked great. Never made them before, but it's a pretty good bet I'll be making them again.
