Biscuits aren’t just for breakfast anymore. The sweet cinnamon and raisin taste of these quick drop biscuits makes them a great snack with a cup of hot cocoa!

Made a batch of these biscuits yesterday. Really delicious, and heated up in the microwave later for about 30 seconds after being refrigerated, tasted an awful lot like cinnamon rolls. Really good winter morning treat. Will do again.

I made these tonight and the only variation was that I added the extra cinnamon. My Gosh! These are great! I'm hooked.

RE dlzh: All great suggestions/comments. The baked biscuits do freeze well by simply storing them in a plastic zip-loc bag. When you're ready to eat them, reheat them in the microwave for 15-20 seconds.
