1/2: cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

1: tablespoon sugar

2: tablespoons cider vinegar

3: cups broccoli flowerets (1/2 lb)

1/3: cup raisins

1/4: cup shredded Cheddar cheese (1 oz)

4: slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled (1/4 cup)

2: tablespoons chopped red onion

Save $$$ on your favorite brands

1 In large glass or plastic bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
2 Add remaining ingredients; toss until evenly coated. Store covered in refrigerator.

Love this salad- have been making it for years. I don't added the raisins( my family didn't like them), I also do a mix of both califlower & broccoli. I ususally double the recipe if having more then 4 people. Goes fast!

This stuff is awesome and super simple to make. Everyone loved it including my super picky 5 year old Son and my 1 year old Daughter. This is now our 3rd time making it. It will become a summer staple for us.

This is a favorite in our house!! My kids LOVE it and its a great way to get them to eat their veggies. Even my husband (the carnivore) loves it. The only downside...it doesn't last very long at the dinner table! LOL!
