Since first trying this bread I have made a loaf every two weeks or so. LOVE IT!!! Just an FYI, I am on a sodium restricted diet and left out the salt, it still comes out wonderful. Also, fresh milk or cream works great too.

Before the summer ends and my terrace herb garden withers, I harvested handsful of thyme, sage, basil, rosemary and oregano to make this luscious bread just as the recipe reads. It was a HUGE success and I wouldn''t change a thing. This will become a staple in my bread baking repertoire. Thank you for sharing.
