Soft Molasses Cookies with Vanilla Frosting: Bake and cool cookies as directed in step 3, except omit sprinkling with sugar. In large bowl, stir 3 cups powdered sugar, 1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened, 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla and 2 to 3 tablespoons milk until smooth and spreadable. Frost cookies.
