Prep Instructions

1/3 Cup Water
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs
1. Heat oven to 400°F for aluminum or glass pan or 375°F for nonstick pan. Grease bottom of pan.
2. Stir Coffee Cake Mix, water, oil and eggs in medium bowl just until blended (batter may be lumpy). Pour into pan; spread evenly. Sprinkle Streusel over batter.
3. Bake as directed in chart below or toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before storing.

Betty’s Tip: TO MAKE MUFFINS, line 12 regular-size muffin cups with paper baking cups. Divide batter among the muffin cups (about 3 tablespoons each). Sprinkle streusel over batter in each cup (about 1 teaspoon). Bake 17 to 22 minutes.
