1/2 C Bisquick / 1/2 C Milk and 2 eggs .. I made 24 mini muffins and tried a taco flair. I cooked hamburger with taco seasoning, cooled, added tomato, cilantro and cheese and made as directions state. It took the full 30 minutes and then a couple more to get a nice toasty brown color. They went over well at party!

To answer your question about how much bisquick mixture to put into the muffin tin. Here is step 3, In medium bowl, stir baking mixture ingredients with whisk or fork until blended. Spoon 1 scant tablespoon baking mixture into each muffin cup. Top with about 1/4 cup burger mixture. Spoon 1 tablespoon baking mixture onto burger mixture in each muffin cup.

Alanna, you such a cutie, and I woukd love to make this. But like others have written.I can't find how much Bisquick,Milk, etc. You said what to use to make the Mini Pies but how much measurements? I think using Fruit in Mini Pies sounds wonderful,

It would really help a lot of people if you also included how to make mini impossible pies with your Gluten-Free Bisquick mix. I have experimented in order to do this for some of them, but I am sure more people would use these recipes if you also included such instructions or put a link to where to get them.

This is a demonstration not a recipe. If you want the recipe just click on the "Get the recipe" shown in red. This young lady did a great job demonstrating.
