package (1 oz) Old El Paso™ guacamole seasoning mix
package (20 oz) Old El Paso™ frozen chicken quesadillas
Old El Paso™ medium salsa, as desired
Fresh toppings, as desired (tomatoes, cilantro, green onions, avocado, jalapeños, lettuce, shredded cheese)
Make guacamole as directed on guacamole seasoning mix package. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Make chicken quesadillas as directed on package.
Serve quesadillas with guacamole, salsa and fresh toppings.
Make guacamole an hour or so ahead of time to give the flavors a chance to meld. Keep refrigerated with avocado pit or plastic wrap covering the surface of the guacamole to avoid browning.
