Expert Tips

This fresh-tasting appetizer is incredibly versatile! You can leave out the tuna for a meatless treat, or replace it with 1/2 to 1 cup chopped cooked crabmeat.

I''ve tried this recipe with the Bisquick dough many times with or without the tuna and also when I was in a hurry I purchased a dairy pizza and used that and it worked out well also...I have served this many times and each time I am asked for the recipe....one time I sauted the veggies in olive oil al dente and when I spread the cheese over the top I put it back in the oven for just 2 minutes at 350 degrees just to lightly melt the cheese and it was delicious...
