package (1.25 oz) Old El Paso® 40%-less-sodium taco seasoning mix

cup Old El Paso® Thick 'n Chunky salsa

cups Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers™ Niblets® frozen corn

cups Original Bisquick® mix

cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)

  • 1 Heat oven to 425°F. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain.
  • 2 Stir taco seasoning mix, salsa and corn into beef. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Pour into ungreased 8-inch square pan or 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish.
  • 3 Meanwhile, in medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, cheese and milk until soft dough forms.
  • 4 Drop dough by 12 spoonfuls onto beef mixture.
  • 5 Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until topping is golden brown.

Oh man! Oh man! I made this last night and it was DELICIOUS! I didn't have any corn but I had a bag of mixed vegetables which worked out even better, if I do say so myself! I even had seconds and sneaked in a little bit of thirds too. Hey...I'm a guy and I love to eat! This one is definitely a keeper!

Ive made this many times and my whole family loves it, we usually dont have much, if any, leftovers! Next time I make this I will had black beans, like many others have suggested!!

I made this for my husband and a male guest. For 3 people, we almost finished the whole thing! This is def not for 6 people! I added half an onion diced cooked with the meat and added worcestershire sauce. Going through all the past comments, the biscuit batch was perfect. I plan on making this again for many years to come and will try adding black beans in the meat and refried beans on the bottom of the pan. I served this with green salad. Yummy!
