Slow-Cooker Turkey BBQ Sandwiches

In 10 minutes, you can have a spicy sandwich filling simmering in the slow cooker for an easy dinner later on.

Ingredients

  • 4 lb turkey thighs, skin removed
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 bottle (12 oz) chili sauce
  • 16 kaiser rolls

    In 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker, place turkey. Sprinkle with chili powder and salt. In medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients except rolls; pour over turkey.

    Cover and cook on Low heat setting 7 to 8 hours.

    Remove turkey from slow cooker to cutting board. Cut turkey into thin slices; discard bones. Stir turkey back into sauce. Fill rolls with turkey and sauce.
