This recipe was so simple and so tasty! What makes it even better is that I always have these ingredients on hand. I also added a couple of cloves of fresh minced garlic to the beef while cooking then let it simmer in the crock pot for about 4 hours... turned out great!

This was sooo good!!! I cooked it for 6 hrs in crock pot & it turned out so wonderful. I forgot to buy bell peppers but it didn't take away in taste at all. I only had 2lbs of ground beef as well. Still a GREAT dish. Would be great with some shredded cheese was topped on it & green onions. My picky eater even ate it. Great for a busy mom like me. Will make again!

I didn't cook mine in the slow cooker ended up just doing it in a pot and letting it simmer for a lil while. It was good but way, way to spicy I didn't even use the whole bottle of chili sauce. I think if i make it again I would add just a few chili flakes for a lil kick. Otherwise decent.
