Instead of a marshmallow, I use a small scoop of cottage cheese for the head. It's healthier and goes really well with peaches too!

I have made this salad from my Betty Crocker Cookbook for Boys and Girls since the 1950s. My children loved it, and now my daughter has purchased the newer version of the cookbook for my granddaughter. My grandaughter has also made this salad. Great way to get children to eat fruits and vegetables.
