1: tablespoon chili powder

1: teaspoon ground cumin

1/4: teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)

1/4: teaspoon salt

1: large clove garlic, finely chopped

8: pork loin or rib chops, about 1/2 inch thick (about 2 lb)

Save $$$ on your favorite brands

1 In small bowl, mix all ingredients except pork; rub evenly on both sides of pork. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
2 Heat gas or charcoal grill. Place pork on grill. Cover grill; cook over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, turning frequently, until no longer pink in center.

This is a simple yet tastey rub for grilling pork chops. It's enough for two chops. I left out the salt. Will use it again.
