You can top the meat loaf with your favorite gluten free barbecue sauce or just gluten free ketchup instead of using the glaze.
To crush crackers, place a few crackers at a time in a plastic bag. Seal the bag, and crush crackers into fine crumbs with a rolling pin or the flat side of a meat mallet.
