cup Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers™ frozen mixed vegetables

cup cut-up cooked turkey

cup canned condensed cream of chicken and mushroom soup

cup canned condensed chicken broth

cup Bisquick Heart Smart® mix

teaspoon poultry seasoning

cup fat-free (skim) milk
  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. In ungreased 1-quart casserole, stir together vegetables, turkey, soup and broth. Microwave on High 3 minutes; stir.
  • 2 In small bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over turkey mixture (crust will rise during baking).
  • 3 Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown.

I have made this recipe several times for my husband and I. It's super easy to make and is just the perfect amount for the two of us!

This was great, the husband and kids loved it! I blended some spinach into the broth to make it extra healthy for the kids who don't like spinach.

I made this last night and we loved it so much that I made up another batch for us to take for lunch today. It is a great way to use up left over turkey or chicken, and you can adapt it with whatever veggies you have on hand. This recipe is definitely a keeper.
