Very fresh tasting, quick to pull together with prepacked veggies. A little bland for some, so we added in asiago cheese to the parmesan.

Absolutely amazing! The snow peas can be hard to find in the grocery stores, but worth the hunt (I go to an international food store for them). Every time I make it, there is no leftovers. Great for picnics as it makes a lot of salad. Healthy, but yet delicious!
