Tried it for the first time on Christmas day. Added chopped walnuts and a little cinnamon (I read the reviews first) and used heart-smart Bisquick and half sugar, half splenda for sweetening (my husband is diabetic). I live at high altitude, the baking instructions, my adjustments, and/or or my oven did affect the result. It rose beautifully, but the crust got hard and overbrowned. Once that was removed, though, the dessert was wonderful warm with some low-fat vanilla ice cream. I will be trying this again!

It was good, but not enough cranberry to cut the sugar (probably because there is sugar in the cranberry sauce too). I thought it was yummy, but a litle too sweet. I don't think I'll make it again without modifications.

This was really yummy. It does get a bit puffy so to avoid overspillage (or having to clean your oven...lol) make sure you put it in a VERY deep pan. So easy and so inexpensive, but so tasty!
