Orange adds a citrusy spark to a pasta salad showcasing broccoli and radishes.

Ingredients

  • 1 box (9 oz) frozen cut broccoli
  • 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup cooked medium pasta shells
  • 2 large radishes, sliced
  • 1 medium orange, peeled, sectioned and seeded

Steps

    Cook and drain broccoli as directed on package. Rinse with cold water to cool; drain.

    In medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, orange peel, orange juice and salt. Stir in pasta, radishes, orange sections and broccoli.

    Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour until chilled.
