It was really good and really easy! The only thing i would say is at fault is the time it takes for it to cool. The recipe sayz 5 minutes so i added the raisens in and they melted and got all messy. I would say wait at least 15. But it was really great!

This was so easy & delicious! The only trick was using a bowl small enough for the microwave and large enough to stir neatly. I made 3 batches & packed it in to 1 quart canning jars tied w/ a raffia bow for hostess gifts @ holiday parties. It was really well received. I'm so thankful to find this recipe!
