box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® chocolate fudge cake mix

cup creamy peanut butter

cup water

teaspoon vanilla

cups semisweet chocolate chips
Frosting
1 1/2
containers Betty Crocker® Whipped fluffy white frosting

cup creamy peanut butter
2
teaspoons milk
  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F (350°F for dark or nonstick cookie sheet). Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  • 2 In large bowl, beat cake mix, 3/4 cup peanut butter, the water, vanilla and eggs with electric mixer on medium speed about 1 minute or until blended. Gently stir in chocolate chips. Onto cookie sheet, drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart.
  • 3 Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until set. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 10 minutes.
  • 4 In medium bowl, stir together frosting ingredients. Frost cookies with frosting. Store covered.

Just got done making these. The batter is very think it would be better to mix by hand and not with a mixer. My kids loved these but I personally thought that they had way too much peanut butter in them. All you can taste is peanut butter and nothing else. Next time I make them going to try them without the peanut butter in the frosting.

Easy to make but WARNING the batter is exceptionally thick! My hand mixer just died :( I have some in the oven right now hope they turn out good!
