pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® chocolate peanut butter chip cookie mix

cup mashed ripe bananas (2 medium)

container Betty Crocker® Whipped fluffy white frosting
Chocolate shot or other cookie decors
  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Grease cookie sheet.
  • 2 Stir cookie mix, bananas and egg in medium bowl until soft dough forms. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet.
  • 3 Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set (centers will be soft). Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Frost with frosting; sprinkle with chocolate shot while frosting is still wet.

Expert Tips

Stir in 1/3 cup chopped peanuts with the egg for extra peanutty flavor.

Sprinkle chopped chocolate-covered peanut butter cup candies over frosted cookies for an indulgent treat.

Very yummy. I used a peanut butter cookie mix (because that is what I had at home already) and just added the bananas and some chocolate chips. They turned out very yummy.
