cups Original Bisquick® mix
2/3
cup milk
1/2
cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 ounces)

medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)

tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 Heat oven to 450°. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Stir Bisquick mix, milk, cheese and onions until soft dough forms.
  • 2 Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
  • 3 Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until golden brown. Brush butter over warm biscuits. Serve with salsa if desired.

I just made these tonight and they got gobbled up. I added a few things, just for variety's sake: Greek yogurt, melted butter, and a Colby-Jack mix. Delish!

I made these with GF Bisquick and they came out great. I used a small cookie scoop to form them and it was so easy. Great along side crab cakes and creamy chipotle sauce I made for dinner.
