EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

Dipped in spaghetti sauce, these yummy little pinwheels have all the flavors of pizza. If your family loves pepperoni, you can substitute 1 package (3.5 ounces) sliced pepperoni for the Canadian bacon.

I made these for a game night, and they turned out to be amazing! The garlic sauce gives it an extra and unexpected flavor. I also made homemade marinara sauce with fresh basil, and it paired perfectly with the pinwheels! If you have to take them somewhere though, for example a meeting, you might try drying the bottoms out a little bit on a cookie cooling rack. They are moist on the bottoms after coming out of the oven. ENJOY!
