Buffalo Potato and Chicken Casserole

Fans of buffalo chicken wings will love this spicy chicken and potatoes dinner, made easy with Betty Crocker® Ultimate potatoes.

Ingredients

box (6.2 oz) Betty Crocker™ Ultimate au gratin potatoes
Milk, butter and boiling water called for on potatoes box
2
cups chopped deli rotisserie chicken (from 2-lb chicken)
1/2
cup chopped celery
1
to 3 tablespoons Frank's™ RedHot™ Original cayenne pepper sauce
2
tablespoons crumbled blue cheese

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 450°F. Make potatoes as directed on box except use 2-quart casserole, stir chicken, celery and pepper sauce into cheese sauce mixture before stirring in potatoes, and bake about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  • 2 Immediately sprinkle blue cheese over baked casserole. Serve warm.

Expert Tips

If you like your buffalo chicken dishes slightly spicy, use 1 tablespoon of the red pepper sauce. If you like it spicier, use up to 3 tablespoons.
