Bread
1/2cup plus 1 tablespoon water
3tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1egg
3cups Gold Medal® Better for Bread™ flour
1/2teaspoon grated orange peel
1/4cup granulated sugar
2tablespoons instant nonfat dry milk
1 1/2tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1 1/4teaspoons salt
2teaspoons bread machine or quick active dry yeast
Orange Glaze
3/4cup powdered sugar
1tablespoon orange juice
1.Measure carefully, placing all bread ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
2.Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Do not use delay cycle. Remove baked bread from pan; cool on cooling rack.
3.In small bowl, mix glaze ingredients until smooth and spreadable. Spoon glaze over cooled loaf.

While you’re grating orange peel for this recipe, go ahead and grate the peel of 2 or 3 oranges. Wrap extra grated peel tightly in plastic wrap and freeze for later use.
