I make these every year for Thanksgiving. Last year I made something else, and my grandma was actually, literally mad. She was furious! I'm making them again this year so I don't get disowned by the family, but they love them so much that I'm not allowed to bring any home with me. Prepare for all of this if you make these. They are as good as Red Lobster!

These were really good and a big hit with all who tried them! The recipe can be halved or quartered depending upon your needs. I mixed garlic powder into the batter for a more "garlicky" taste and they came out great! I will definitely by making these again especially since they were so quick and easy!!

I made these biscuits for me and my roommate, so naturally I reduced the ingredients to 1/4. I didn't have garlic powder, so I just added my own mixture of seasonings to taste, which included fresh ground black pepper, Morton Season all seasoned salt, and oregano.. and mixed about 2 tablespoons butter into the batter. I also sliced sharp cheddar into little blocks as opposed to shredded. and about 2 minutes after i pulled them out of the over brushed with butter.. they were a pretty good addition to the meal, will definitely be making these again, and cannot wait to see the different things i can add to them.
