  • 1 Heat Belgian waffle iron; grease if necessary. Stir all ingredients until blended.
  • 2 Pour batter by scant cupfuls onto center of hot waffle iron.
  • 3 Bake 3 to 5 minutes or until steaming slows and waffle is golden brown. Carefully remove waffle.

Sorry Betty Crocker. Not a fan of this recipe. Not a true Belgian Waffle. Not much flavor and not light an airy, will not make again.

I used this recipe and found it too thin to work with my Belgian waffle maker. I added a little more bisquick to the remaining batter and had no leakage.
