Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fiber One™ Complete pancake mix (from 28.3-oz box)
  • 1 1/4 cups cold water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Steps

    Heat waffle maker. Grease with vegetable oil or shortening.

    Make waffles as directed on box, using pancake mix, water and oil.

    Make waffles ahead and store in resealable freezer bags in freezer for up to two months. To reheat, place in a single layer on an ungreased cookie sheet and cover tightly with foil; heat in 375°F oven for about 10 minutes.
