Have to agree with everyone else. Glad to see I am not alone. Maybe if enough people complain they will change it back. We ate these muffins once a week at our house. Until they changed the recipe. In fact for a long time I kept doing it from memory and wondering why it wasn't turning out right, then I finally looked at the box and saw the changes that had been made. Well, we aren't buying it anymore. I will keep watching to see if they change it back, but I'll take my muffin $ somewhere else until then!

Not sure why all the negative comments. This is the best cinnamon streusel on the market, in my opinion. I've tried them all and either the cake part was too heavy, or the streusel way too sweet and gooey, or both. This one is perfect. I like the streusel because it tastes light, and the batter is light and airy. I don't like muffins that are heavy. This one isn't. I didn't have any problem with the streusel sticking to the top of the muffin. And I disagree with comments on the flavor of this product. I love it! It's delicious. If you don't like heavy muffins with overwhelming sweetness, you'll like these.

I loved the original of this product but I cannot eat the new version. Even though it lists no milk ingredients*, I have a reaction to it as though it does. I also do not like the new topping. The 375 oven temperature is too high, the bottom burned.(I would adjust that if I was going to cook them again). They cooked OK with water - I think the directions are wrong where it says combine mix with milk. I think they copied the directions from the muffins. * It does say may contain milk ingredients at the end, but I need to know which ones - some things like sodium caseinate have no lactose don't bother me. Please change back to old mix - it was delicious !

These were always my favorite muffins until they changed the topping. Even my son won't eat them any more. The new topping just makes a mess and doesn't add to the flavor of the muffins. Please go back to the old topping!

I have baked these muffins on Sunday morning for a long time because they were good and also quick. Now they are neither. I don't have time to add butter when I am already rushed. I have bought my last box. I thought I might be the only one who felt like this but found out that was not the case when I logged on to comment.

My daughters and I loved the old mix and would eat it every weekend. It was their choice to share for snack time at school! We are so disappointed with the new topping. No one likes it. Please bring back the mix we love, love, love! We can not even tolerate this new mix. My daughters requested muffins for Thanksgiving and Christmas morning and now I have to tell them no. I am planning to try Krusteaz that someone mentioned below. Awful choice to change this wonderful muffin!

Please, for the love of everything delicious, change this recipe back! Adding butter to the streusel mix was a horrible mistake and made a HUGE mess once baked. Did you guys test this new recipe before releasing it? It's awful! These were my family's fav muffins for the last few years... now I'm using Krusteaz Cinnamon Crumb Cake & Muffin Mix. No butter in their streusel mix.

You have really have became a real crock Crocker.Change your recipes like on the cinnamon streusel,you might have to be finding a job because no one person likes to eat pig slop.We have to boycott any thing with crocker til things change

I can see that I am one of many who dislike your new cinnamon streusel muffin mix!!Like others this used to be our favorite muffins, not any more! Should I say thanks for saving me money as I will not buy them again.

Apparently I'm not alone in disliking the new streusel mix. Mine wouldn't stick to the top of the muffin after baking, which was a good thing because it tasted horrible. These muffins used to be our favorite Sunday breakfast, but I won't purchase them again.
