I sent an email several months ago to Betty Crocker--no reply. I made these brownies for years and everyone loved them.I found out the hard way that the mix no longer was for 9x13 pan. So I put 2 packages of mix together. They were terrible, poor flavor and consistency. Why did you change them when you had an excellent product? I had to change brands. Pease bring back the old recipe and size!!!

I'm a latecomer to your list of disappointed customers as I had been using up my "stock" of trusted brownie mix. I just made a batch of the new (awful!) Walnut Brownies. I used my 9 x13 pan (after finding the directions in very fine print. Thought something was wrong as batter was "skimpy" but it wasn't until I tasted them that I realized you had changed the whole shebang! They are simply not fit to eat. I have used them for over 15 years, always gotten compliments. Don't know what I am going to do, other than tell everyone that General Mills must be having problems if they are making changes like this. Who was responsible for this change?

I have to jump on the band wagon as the rest of the reviewers. I have used your Walnut Brownie mix for more years than I care to admit to. Each and every time without exception people would ask for my recipe. When told that it was your mix they were sure that I had doctored them. But now not so much. Please return to what was the best brownie you could ever bake. I won't buy until you do. Please and Thank-You.

I have been using this brownie mix for about 20 years. I went on your website to show a picture of the packaging to my husband before he went to the store. I noticed the poor reviews and was curious why since these were the ONLY brownies I'd ever enjoyed. After reading the reviews, there is no way I will be purchasing your product. Shame on you for ruining a good thing!! I demand you bring back the original recipe!

I too have made you walnut brownies for years to rave reviews and disbelief that it was a mix. Imagine my surprise, and not a pleasant one, when I started to make a batch and discovered not only were they different, but they were a smaller batch! I am so disappointed.

Betty, What gives? I had loyally bought your brownie mix for years. 9x13 is gone? I feel like I just got dumped. Is this relationship really over? I hate the thought of trying to find a replacement. Please reconsider.

Your new Supreme Brownie with walnut is awful. I have been buying your brownies for years but I stopped when you changed the recipe. A very good thing came out of your recipe change, though. I now make my own brownies from scratch for my family that are just as good and contain simple ingredients like sugar, cocoa powder and flour. So, thank you Betty Crocker, I can feed my family yummy brownies without the hydrogenated oils and genetically modified organisms that are in your mix.

I am very disapointed with the new walnut brownie mix. The taste and texture is inferior to the old product. Even the new box is inferior. Why did you compromise such a good product????? Now I will have to look for a different brownie mix; Bettie Crocker Walnut premium brownie mix is a FAIL.

I see that your prior reviewers are suffering the same disappointment as I, i.e. the disappearance of our reliably wonderful Supreme Walnut Brownie Mix. I made them weekly for family and for all business and social events. Everyone always asked for the recipe; all astonished that it was a mix, jotting down the name so they'd make sure to pick up the right box from the grocery aisle. My husband, a brownie aficionado, took one bite of the Premium batch and had no interest in continuing. The batch went straight into the garbage. What were you folks thinking? Please bring the Supreme Walnut back!!!

how convenient, my previous review did not go through. Probably because it was bad as the ones below. These are terrible now, don't waste your money!
