There are so many recipes you can make to use your delicious apple harvest. And apple crisp is a staple fall dessert. How about bumping it up a notch and adding a little kick? With Betty Crocker® oatmeal cookie mix, this apple crisp comes together in less than 15 minutes!
First, peel and chop 4 to 5 medium apples. If you have a fancy peeler/corer gadget, use it!
Add sugar, cinnamon and schnapps to the apples; mix well.
Spread in a greased baking dish. Now it is time for the topping! Melt one stick of butter in the microwave. Mix with one pouch of Betty Crocker oatmeal cookie mix. Spread on top of the apples in the baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve in glasses with spiked whipped cream for an absolutely delicious fall dessert!
