This mild taco seasoning has the flavor of traditional taco seasonings without all the heat. It's a kid-friendly version of the old favorite.

- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Instructions

Step1Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stirring well to mix.

Step2To use: Brown 1 1/2 lb ground turkey, chicken or beef. Drain off any excess fat. Sprinkle with mild taco seasoning and stir well. Add 3/4 cup water and stir. Cook over medium heat until the water is fully absorbed.
