I use a pastry bag with an open star tip to decorate the eggs and garinsh with a caper or pimento. Love them.

Good Bag idea is used a lot in my home baking challenge .... it helps me control Da Goop were applying evenly.... I often use for cake decoration or fillings when your too cheap to buy a decoration set or just lost the #$%% thing.... (like me) What i did enjoy seeing was the bright green onion and red sauce on top..... Now that hits dead center belly! Priceless.... Man and his odd kitchen!

Deviled eggs were always a special treat at family get-togethers, so I'd assumed they were tricky to make. Once again, Betty proves me wrong. Thanks for the tips.

that is smart that you use a bag to put the inside a yellow egg and easy put it on the white eggs

I love reviewing the tips about the deviled eggs especially the part about using the bag to actually fill them. Very creative. I would have loved the actual deviled egg recipe as well. I always love to experiment with other recipes to see how I can enhance my own.
