Expert Tips

Like garlic? Use garlic salt for the 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Three chicken breast halves weigh about 1 pound.

Purchase chicken breasts in the freezer case. With a well-stocked freezer, you’ll be ready to make this recipe quickly on weeknights.

Serve chicken fingers with garlic mashed potatoes and a mixed-greens salad.

Yes you can fry them in a pan with peanut oil wait till that oil is pop pop popping and smoking a little follow the recipe and drop the nuggets right in the hot oil. I also like doing this recipe with possum's and squirrels, also before dipping em in the breading try rolling em in apple cider vinegar the follow that with either hot sauce or worshisticer sauce. All that sauce gets locked in between the breading for an extra juicy nugget. Grand kids love em' tastes good dipping in Panda Express sweet and sour sauce or plain old Heinz relish. Happy cooking folks, if anyone needs deep frying advice give me a hollar, I've been deep frying since moby was a sardine.
