Ingredients

tablespoons Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
1
tablespoon unsweetened baking cocoa
1
tablespoon granulated sugar
2
tablespoons milk
1
teaspoon canola oil
1
tablespoon white vanilla baking chips
1
tablespoon milk chocolate chips
1/2
teaspoon powdered sugar, if desired

Directions

  • 1 In small ungreased mug, beat Bisquick mix, cocoa, granulated sugar, milk and canola oil until well combined. Stir in chips.
  • 2 Microwave uncovered on High 1 minute. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy.

Expert Tips

If desired, 2 tablespoons milk chocolate toffee chips can be substituted for the white and milk chocolate chips.

Be careful when removing the mug from the microwave--it will be hot!
