1tablespoon vegetable oil
1small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
1Anaheim chili, chopped, or 1/4 cup canned chopped green chilies
1garlic clove, crushed
1tablespoon grated lime peel
3tablespoons lime juice
1medium tomato, chopped (3/4 cup)
2cans (15 oz each) Progresso® black beans, drained, rinsed
2cans (5 oz each) white tuna in water, rinsed, drained

1.Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook onion, chili and garlic in oil about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until onion is softened.
2.Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot.

Substitution
