cup Original Bisquick® mix

cup milk

cup sour cream

teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

cup shredded Parmesan cheese

cup chopped cooked shrimp

medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 24 miniature (1 3/4x1 inch) muffin cups with cooking spray.
  • 2 In medium bowl, beat Bisquick mix, milk, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and eggs with spoon until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon about 1 tablespoon mixture into each muffin cup.
  • 3 Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden. Cool 5 minutes. Loosen sides of tarts from pan; remove from pan.

I have to say, these were quite bland. They could really use some seasoning and probably some more cheese. I haven't had a whole lot of luck cooking with bisquick. It doesn't give much flavor or richness.

These are so yummy and super easy to make. I serve them with salsa and they are terrific. Everyone loves them. I've made them for appetizers and for brunch. They are always a huge hit!
