Expert Tips

Look for roasted red peppers in small jars near the pickles, olives and relishes in the supermarket. Pesto comes in a variety of flavors and is found in the refrigerated section or condiment section of the supermarket.

Make it special! Top off this tasty pasta dish with grated Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper.

This dish is also wonderful with country sausage and canned diced tomatoes instead of turkey and roasted peppers. I usually make garlic bread with it which compliments it very well. It is my husband's favorite and one the entire family enjoys! Tip: You can also buy pesto packets in the spices isle of your grocery store and follow the directions. It is much cheaper than purchasing canned pesto and takes up less room in the pantry.

This recipe was great and easy to make. So quick to put on the table. Want to try with a different meat but I am sure it will be just as great.
