boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 3/4 lb)

cup orange juice
1/2
cup honey

tablespoons lemon juice

teaspoon salt
  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. Place chicken in pan.
  • 2 In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.
  • 3 Cover with foil; bake 20 minutes. Turn chicken; bake uncovered 20 to 30 minutes longer or until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (170°F).

Recipe was simple to do up. I may have cooked the chicken too long. Different size pieces and all. Overall it wasn't bad. My glaze didn't come through on flavor too much. I made this recipe with 3 breasts, since that's what I found as packages. I was only cooking for 3 people anyway. So, maybe a little work at it next time will perfect it.
