I thought it was dry also. First I doubled the sauce mix, still dry, so I added a can of cream of celery soup and a half can of water. This made it much better. Next time I will also use my own potatoes instead of the Simply Potatoes. Not bad overall.

Made this tonight but used about double the ingredients for the sauce. Added in 2 grated celery stalk, a few chopped up garlic cloves, and potatoes from roast from few nights ago (I cooked extras to use just for this). It smells and taste delicious - did not add in tomato as oldest son does not like Thank you for this and I have linked it to my post in CafeMom. Oh yeah, I'm gonna serve with italian herbed ciabata bread-sliced and fresh pineapple chunks

I precooked potato in microwave, used 1/3 cup minced celery instead of the celery salt, and fresh tomatoes. 1/4 teaspoon of Seasoning salt helped a lot. I also used a small amount of real butter instead of oil and sauteed the onion and celery before I added the meat. I will make again.
