Garnish fish steaks with fresh lemon. Cut a lemon into 1/4-inch slices, then cut the slices into fourths. Place 2 lemon pieces on each fish steak as shown in photo.
Brushing the grill rack with a little vegetable oil can help prevent fish from sticking.
