I like them! Not as simple as I perfer. To much moving around, especially for a slow cooker recipe. Also, I would use a little less vinegar. Even for German food, the vinegar is still strong!

This is a great recipe, however I would use 2 cups of chicken brother instead of one. When I made it, the broth had cooked out and I had to add some after the potatoes were done in order to finish cooking them. But the flavor is out of this world!
