1
cup Original Bisquick® mix
3/4

2/3
cup chopped pecans
1/2
cup unsweetened baking cocoa
1/2
cup sour cream
1

2
oz unsweetened baking chocolate
2

  • 2 Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.
  • 3 Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until set. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
  • 4 In 2-quart saucepan, melt chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar and 3 tablespoons of the hot water until smooth. (If frosting is too thick, add additional water, 1 teaspoon at a time.) Spread frosting over cookies.

These cookies are great!!- I made them and they turned out just like the picture. My daughter said they are now the new Christmas cookie at my house-and to make them every year from now on. My son-in-law said he thought they were even better after they had cooled down. But I like that melted marshmallow and warm chocolate ooze!

I saw this recipe on Facebook and they looked lovely, I made them this morning and the batter was not thick, I put everything in as it is on recipe. The cookes are as thin as Crepes but crispy, nothing like the picture, so I had to throw them away they looked awful...I was going to make some for XMas but changed my mind. I see a few other people have had problems with recipe. Jpp
