1: pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® peanut butter cookie mix

3: tablespoons vegetable oil

1: tablespoon water

1: egg

: Sugar

36: Hershey's® Kisses® Brand milk chocolates, unwrapped

: Betty Crocker® white decorating gel

: Betty Crocker® holiday candy sprinkles

: Betty Crocker® red decorating icing

Save $$$ on your favorite brands

1 Heat oven to 375°F. In medium bowl, stir cookie mix, oil, water and egg until dough forms.
2 Shape dough into thirty-six 1-inch balls; roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
3 Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown. Immediately press 1 chocolate in center of each cookie. Remove from cookie sheets. Cool completely, about 20 minutes. Decorate as desired using remaining ingredients.

I made the Peanut Butter Blossoms with the Betty Crocker Peanut Butter Cookie Mix and Resse's Minature Peanut Butter cups! They were absolutely yummy! Everyone loved them and ate 'em up!!

These are the best cookies I ever made but I make the cookie by scratch. I finish with milk chocolate or peperment kisses. My family loves them.

Great tasing and fun recipe! A big hit at the kids' school parties. Just make sure no classmates have peanut allergies. Teachers will usually not request treats if there is a student that does - they'll ask for money instead. The recommended decorations were a little pricey for that volume of cookies, so we used BC gel food colorings and a container of vanilla icing and piped it on and set them in the fridge for a few minutes to set before adding more icing. We used the glitter gel icings to make ornaments (dots), but I really wouldn't recommend that if you have to take them somewhere. They don't set like regular frosting, so you have to be extra careful not to let them slide. We also rolled some of the cookies in colored sugars mixed half and half with regular sugar to add variety. Again, lots of fun to decorate with the kids, and surprisingly little mess for a family of 7. Great taste, too. We ended up having to make an extra batch because they kept 'dissappearing.'
